A key principle in the methodology I share with organizations who bring me in for leadership work is The 10x Value Obsession. Yes, become outright obsessed with delivering rich and extreme and unexpected value to everyone you meet (not just your customers!).
In all encounters, ask yourself “how may I most be of use to this person?” Do this and your power to withstand the heat of these topsy-turvy times will rise. And the people will reply to your value delivery with their own gift-giving. Great things happen to people who do good things.
