So when Steve Jobs was working with the design team to release the first Apple Macintosh, he wanted the inside of the computer so beautiful that it would bring tears to people’s eyes. They said, “Why does the circuit board have to be beautiful, Steve?” He said, “Because even though other people won’t see it, we’ll see it.” When he actually saw the final result, he was so impressed, he said to his design team and the engineers, he said, “Sign the circuit board.” They said, “Why?” He said, “Because all artists sign their work.” The point I offer to you with great love and respect is this. Everything you put out in the world is your art. Every time you release a piece of creativity or productivity, in some way, you’re signing it. So make sure it’s world-class. Okay.
