And all too often, we focus on other things and we forget about our good health. You want more energy? Take great care of your health by exercising. The Trinity of radiant vitality, three elements of the Trinity. Number one, movement, number two, nutrition, number three, rest and recovery. So the first way to really scale and multiply your energy is to take great care of your health. And one of the best ways is to exercise. That could be an evening nature walk. Of course, it could be morning running, or spinning, or swimming, or yoga, but if you’re not doing it, if you’re not starting your mornings with some sweaty or strong exercise, please do it today.
