Why “Hustle and Grind” is An Outdated Concept

All you need to do every day is work five intense hours. So I’m not a member of the hustle and grind culture. I don’t think you need to work 12 hours every day. I only want you to work five hours every single day. For most people, it will take them 14 days to get five hours of real heroic work done. I want you to think about that. So sit down, maybe it’s seven o’clock or eight o’clock to start your work. Rememberit’s showtime and work for five intense sweaty hours, and don’t be checking your phone, don’t be playing on social, and don’t be reading the news, and don’t be watching videos. Do real work. Now, this is a game changer because then after that, what do you do? You install balance. You have lunch with your children, or go for a walk with your significant other, or go get a massage, or go to an art gallery. It’s not the time that you’re working, it’s the intensity and the quality of the work you do within your hours that makes all the difference in the world.
